Site Superintendent – Residential Subdivisions

Location: GTA | Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee low-rise residential subdivision construction, managing multiple homes at various stages of completion.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities across multiple units (Single-detached, Semi-detached, and Townhouses).
• Co-ordinate trades, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries.
• Ensure homes meet Ontario Building Code, Tarion, and Sundial Homes quality standards.
• Maintain construction schedules and production targets.
• Enforce site safety (OHSA) and maintain clean, organized sites.
• Complete daily reports and deficiency tracking.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in low-rise residential subdivision construction.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and Tarion.
• Proven ability to manage multiple homes and trades simultaneously.
• Working at Heights certification.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license.
