Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Toronto,ON | Type: Full-Time
Sundial Homes is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our new home communities. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working closely with sales staff, internal departments, agencies, and external service providers.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with our creative and advertising agency on marketing materials, email campaigns, website content, floor plans, renderings, signage, and other collateral.
• Review marketing materials, sales documents, and website updates for accuracy, consistency, spelling, and grammar.
• Assist with new community launches and ensure sales offices have current price lists, forms, agreements, and marketing materials.
• Review and process new home sales agreements, maintain lot files, and distribute documentation to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain purchaser, prospect, sales, and traffic information and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Respond to purchaser and sales office inquiries and assist with correspondence, amendments, and supporting documentation.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, cheque requisitions, and related administrative tracking.
• Assist with purchaser events, sales openings, and other Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Qualification:
• Previous new home industry experience, either with a builder or an agency supporting builder clients.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Google Analytics experience is an asset.
