Senior Land Development Manager/Engineer
Sundial Homes is seeking an experienced individual (minimum 8-10 years) to manage several large-scale, low-rise residential developments from draft plan approval to assumption. This includes design review, securing approvals from agencies, and overseeing site servicing (i.e. civil, utilities, and landscaping).
This candidate MUST have a technical understanding of the servicing process while being familiar with costs and critical timelines to assist in managing project budgets and schedules. The job requires a strong ability to work closely with internal staff as well as manage and liaise with external parties including consultants, contractors, and municipal staff.
This person will report to the V.P., Land Development. The position is available immediately and is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to establish their career. Sundial Homes has been in business for over 30 years and has a huge land bank, all within the GTA.
